Did you know how many percentage people uneducated live in africa?
Let’s figure out the quest  of these people.First of all i kind of believe their are 90% educated,and 10% none educated.
for example in some famillies you can see the mom and dad are well educated, but their childrens maight ignore their parents warned them why all the? You think that’s necessary no.                     

Secondly i strongly believe their are some of them who wants ,to learn something.sometimes their can difficulties like:the maight get sick,especially when it come for economie.
For example some of them learn until college,but can have money problems their don’t know what to do or where to go.
For my conclusion the government should help them the makes some money.
Help them when their are in need.
 

IF we have money problem  in my family,i’m not going to leave my husband or my childrens,to go in another contry or place.I will stay with them,and try to undestand each other until good will ready to help us.I didn’t say, i’m not going somewere to find a better jobs , maybe somwere but not too far ,and the same thing for my husband just for feed our fammily.
I don ‘t want to leave them, i wanna be close to them may be is gona be a lecon for when they get old they will no how to take care of them and their cheldren .

Figthing for land between two different countries like England and Arabe is not the solution. Maybe sharing is better because if they decide to fight, there will be lot of damage like:  
  -People will lose their jobs, children will not go to school.
  -The population will be in trouble, such as breaking houses and stores. There will be starving, I mean no food, no drink
  -People will be killing each other and parents will be separated from their children.

The solution should be sharing or dividing the land peacefully.
